Spotlight+
For more advanced usage of Spotlight, you can search and navigate to cues:
- Type Production Number and Cue # (ex. ABC101 1m01) to find a specific cue from a specific project
- Type Cue # and/or Cue Title to search cues (ex. 1m01 Main Title)
Search results such as Projects, Recording Projects, and Cues will present you with two options: Enter and Tab. Pressing the Enter key navigates you directly to the selected search item, offering a quick way to access your target. On the other hand, pressing the Tab key reveals additional options related to that particular search result, such as creating a cue within a project or adding a new version to an existing cue. This functionality complements external automation tools, such as Keyboard Maestro, by providing structured actions that you can incorporate into your automation macros.
