Can My Assistant or Collaborator Be on the FREE Plan?

You can have as many assistants and collaborators as you wish, no matter what plan they're on. Many basic features are available on the FREE plan. Any member who wants PRO features need a subscription. You can also purchase additional licenses to your subscription and assign the extra license slots to any other CueDB member and they will get the same benefits as you do. Additional licenses are the same price as regular licenses.

Only the team owner need a PRO+ plan for other members to use custom fields, custom statuses and see conform details - even on the FREE plan.
