How Do I Add Additional Licenses?
Each user who wishes to utilize PRO features in CueDB needs a subscription license. You can either buy a license through your own subscription plan or acquire one as an additional license on another user's subscription plan. Here's how you can add an additional license for someone else under your subscription plan:
- Navigate to the Billing & Licenses page.
- If you don't already have a subscription, you can subscribe to a plan and choose the number of licenses you wish to purchase right away. If you already have a subscription and want to buy an additional license, click on the Open the Stripe Billing Portal button.
- Once the Stripe Billing Portal has opened, locate and click on the Update Plan button:
- Select the total number of licenses you require for your subscription. For example, if both you and a collaborator need access to PRO features, select 2 licenses.
- After your purchase, return to the Billing & Licenses page in CueDB. A new license slot will now appear. Simply enter the email address of your collaborator to assign the license. Please note, the email address must already be associated with a CueDB user account.
