Preset-Based Filters & Default Filters
View Presets let you create different views for different workflows.
For example, you might have columns related to Orchestration in the Orchestration preset.
When you enable Preset-Based Filters in Project Settings, you can also save filters for each View Preset.
For instance, you could show only cues marked for orchestration in the Orchestration preset.
Other useful examples include:
- A preset for licensed cues
- A preset for cues left to write
- Filters showing cues assigned to a specific member, marked as high priority, and tagged with “Cowbell”
If you want your collaborators to use the same filters, click Save as Default Filter under the Filter menu.
This saves your current setup so everyone can load your predefined filters easily.
To make updates, select Update Default Filter under the same menu.
To remove one, click the X button.
Turning on Preset-Based Filters in Project Settings activates the feature for everyone on the project.
Only administrators can enable this feature and save default filters.
