Can I Use Links from Google Drive or iCloud?
While it’s possible to use Google Drive links for media streaming, be advised that Google enforces rate limits, rendering it an inconsistent source for media delivery.
As for iCloud, it lacks the capability for direct media file access, making it unsuitable for this purpose.
We recommend Box.com, Dropbox and Amazon S3, but you can use any hosting service that provides a direct link to the media file, even your own website via FTP. Box.com has the extra security benefit of password protected links, which requires you to be logged in at Box to play the files in CueDB.
